Even though it took some extra effort on both of our ends, we got to the settlement table. They were quick to offer my client a property to move into, free of charge, because their clients requested to post pone settlement 30 days, leaving my client without a place to live. That was above and beyond what I’ve seen any other agency do when something like this happens. Great business ethics!
