(October 13, 2020, 12:39 pm)Absolutely loved living at Sharples! The walk to town is easy and in a perfect location! The staff is fantastic and can't thank them enough for making it home for over two years! Neighbors are great and if you have an animal it's a fantastic place with great ability to walk right to Marshall Park or all over the city. Definitely the best place to stay in West Chester!

(September 12, 2020, 5:03 am)My husband and I have moved more times than I would like to remember over the years, on average about every two years, living in various regions of the country and even overseas. And we have a had many different rental experiences but what tends to make the best places stand out seems to be the property manager(s). And Sharples Works has one of the best property managers (Amy) we have encountered over the years! She is so kind, welcoming, helpful and you never feel like just another tenant. The team she works with, especially the maintenance team - are also very kind, courteous, and responsive. They worked hard to accommodate you as best possible. Plus, it's a pretty cool complex, with a unique history and a great West Chester in-town location. I highly recommend checking it out.

(October 21, 2019, 11:30 am)My partner and I lived in Sharples for 3 years and we absolutely loved our time there. The spaces are unique and charming with loads of character. The staff is kind, helpful, and genuine. We got very close with Amy and Val who work in the leasing office. They offer a dog park, grills and a beer garden for residents, and fun events for residents to socialize. You also can't beat the location. It is in walking distance of all of the wonderful restaurants, bars, and shops West Chester has to offer. Definitely the best apartment complex in West Chester borough and we'd recommend it to anyone looking!!
