Theresa was the Doula for our sons birth and also did m any prenatal massages for me. She is amazing! By far the BEST massages I have ever had and I could not have gotten through the birth of my son without her!
I am a newbie to the Tues. nite 5pm yoga session and I so far I am LOVING it!! I recently had a baby and am rediscovering how my body moves postpartum. I never feel competitive with anyone else and am constantly guided for my own pratice and level. My friend and I very much enjoy going and look fwd to our new Tues p.m yoga class!!
