Barre3 is always evolving and the camaraderie of the other folks in class is really good. We all support each other. If you are looking for a type of exercise that is for the body and your mental health. This is the place!

(April 14, 2023, 8:51 am)barre3 was such a great workout. The combo of strength and cardio, and the pacing of both so it could be demanding but not so much that I couldn't hang in there. Super nice people & Great cueing and space. Highly recommend!

(March 11, 2023, 8:41 pm)Barre 3 is the best workout I have found for my body and soul. It doesn’t hurt me as other workouts have in the past at local gyms. Everyone is kind and friendly. The instructors are extremely helpful and always show modifications if you have body issues or injuries from the past. I always leave feeling great! There is nothing quite like it. Its the best thing I have found for myself!

(January 19, 2023, 11:38 am)I had not been regularly working out in 20 years. At first, adjusting to Barre was difficult. Mainly, all the negative thinking was an obstacle. However, with no contract or time obligation, I felt no pressure which helped me continue on my terms.
The workouts are challenging and just what I need to get out of my head and focus on the movement. Now, I go 3-4 times a week and fully committed for myself.
There's also a nice, simple variety of work outs with regard to length of time and cardio/strength.
