I wanted to find a place that provided amazing workouts that I knew I wouldn’t do if I was by myself at the gym. OTF is that place. The OTF team is so motivating and supportive. The coaches are so knowledgeable and drive me to be my best self without intimidation or pressure; they make you want to push yourself to be your best! Don’t be intimidated- people of all fitness levels and ages can thoroughly enjoy OTF. I went from zero physical activity to running my first 5k! (Running is NOT my thing so this was big). I couldn’t recommend it more!

(July 19, 2022, 7:23 am)Great classes and team of coaches. Very motivating and fun classes. This is the fastest 1 hour workout you'll experience. The music and circuits are different each day. You will work every muscle in your body. It never gets boring or routine. I love OTF!

Every workout, I get stronger because I am motivated by the excellent staff and workouts to push myself to the next level. They were also very wonderful during the pandemic and understanding when I got pregnant with my first child. Thank you for being such great place to workout every morning!
