I’ve been going to metro laser for 7 years now and since I moved out of the Philly area, I drive from nyc to come get treated because I don’t trust anyone else. I can’t say enough wonderful things about their staff (especially Alexis!). I’m extremely anxious when it comes to skincare services and they have made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Everyone is super knowledgeable and they also don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Since I’ve been going here, it’s clear that customer service and client satisfaction are their priorities. I love all the girls that work there and highly recommend Metro!

(December 15, 2022, 4:29 pm)I have had laser hair removal before but it never worked like it did here. The staff is so kind and compassionate and they do an amazing job. Bhavini is so sweet and she really did such a great job! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for laser hair removal
