They've been servicing my vehicles for the last year. Very clear communicators, fair, and decently priced. They're highly attentive and I feel safe driving my cars knowing they've been looked after by these folks. Special shout-out for the manager Chris for always being kind, patient, and understanding.

Manager Chris and his team performed outstanding service, for a scheduled oil change, while we waited. The text service is great, letting us know the step by step process and what service concerns will need addressed. We will definitely be going back in the future. Chris and his team are friendly, timely, and trustworthy! Keep up the great customer service!

I enjoy having my car serviced through Meineke of West Grove. They allow me to wait during service and keep me up to date on all the items that are truly "necessary" to keep my car running smoothly. Super friendly place, professional, won’t rip you off. I’ve been going here for general maintenance and oil changes since moving to the area.Repairs & services done quickly as possible & they get it right. I had front break pads and rotors replaced & the parts arrived while I was getting my routine oil change. After a test drive the mechanic Chris noticed squeaking or something & well second time was the charm. All I’m saying is I trust them and they give you detailed information on everything recommended or what you can get away with not fixing/replacing…

Fantastic experience all around! Scheduling online was easy, and I was able to get a next-day oil change appointment. I chose to wait for my vehicle, and they had me out in under an hour. The digital inspection report was incredibly detailed and helpful. Prices were very reasonable and employees were friendly! I will be back whenever I need my car taken care of!
