Bryce answered all my questions concerning a mattress pad and mattress protector, and pillow covers. Support local shops like this. I will definitely go back when I need a new mattress.

(February 14, 2022, 11:39 am)The team at Magic Sleeper has been so helpful and the main reason I'm getting a better night's sleep! The level of customer service we've received from them has been top-notch. We first purchased our mattress from them a few years ago. We visited the showroom, and I didn't feel like I was getting "pitched" or pressured during the sales process - they really took the time to understand our needs and guide us to a good choice. I didn't feel rushed to decide at all. Fast forward a couple of years, and we've decided to change the feel of our mattress. They guided us through our options and were able to swap out a layer of foam to provide the feel we wanted. They originally quoted me a few days turnaround, but they picked up, repaired, and dropped of the mattress *in the same day*--they really exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them to anyone who's tired of the high-pressure tactics of many mattress stores or who wants an excellent customer experience.
