I am thrilled with their work! The reviews are right on. I needed more secure backs put onto some earrings, and Jill advised me and took great care of me. They're sizing a ring for me now, and in both cases the work was done well ahead of schedule. They've got a great team, and more than a few unique and gorgeous pieces in their display cases.

They created the most beautiful meaningful necklace and were always so prompt to respond. They did anything I asked and had so much patience when I kept changing my mind. They are so honest as well and someone you can truly trust! I will miss going into the store now that my necklace is made!
