It’s a big purchase and decision and she did all she could to help us find something that we would love. She understood our budget and wasn’t trying to push us to buy something we didn’t want or that was too expensive. I couldn’t have asked for a better ring buying experience. Also the turn around time for resizing and resetting of my diamond was so fast!

I feel more like family when I come here than a customer. You will absolutely find something you love here with the great selection they have but even if you don’t they also do custom work and have jewelers on site. They even cleaned jewelry I was wearing that I didn’t purchase there. They truly go above and beyond and I just had to leave a review!

(August 24, 2021, 3:05 pm)After years and years of wearing my cross ring, given to me by my mother, it finally cracked right across the bottom. The silver had gotten so thin over the years from me wearing on my right hand index finger and while prepping and chopping vegetables for dinner one day, it broke. I was devastated! My mother suggested Jared and I'm so glad she did. Took it over to the Willow Grove location and not only were they able to repair at a Very reasonable cost, they went above and beyond. The turn around time was just a couple days and Concetta even put black gold in the fine lines to enhance the ring. I am beyond happy to have this extremely sentimental piece back on my finger. Thank you so much!!
