My 17 year old son is a new and improved version of himself since joining Lentz MMA. He is so happy and motivated to get up and workout and he has been wanting to eat healthier to keep up with his mma, and jiujitsu classes. He is overall a more outgoing and happier guy. Joined a few months ago. One of best decisions I’ve made. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone else there that trains has been more than kind. This is the place to go if you’re serious about MMA or if you just want to train simply because you enjoy it. All levels are welcome.. feels like a team and family
I was there recently and eveyone treated me with respect. And made sure i had a hell of a work out. My intention is to join. It's hard to be a skilled MMA veteran. The excitement is real.
