We walked into Legacy's North Wilmington showroom on a Friday, met with Trish who was an absolute delight, got a call from their salesman Wayne that afternoon (also a delight), and had a 3D rendering, with a quote, in our hands early the following week. The rest of the project went exactly this same way-positively SEAMLESS! Legacy is a well oiled machine, who's owner obviously knows what he's doing. His team (no subcontractors) are well trained, communicative, professional, polite, patient,(thank you Brad!), and courteous. They exceeded our expectations, stuck strictly to the timeline, and had our project completed in six weeks as promised. We honestly have the kitchen of our dreams, and I cannot sing their praises enough! Call Legacy Kitchen Designs- they are the real deal, and you will not be disappointed.

Legacy provided full service from start to finish. Steve was nice and professional, he guided us through out the whole process. Mike, our project manager was responsive. He answered all of our questions, and addressed all of our concerns during the renovation. Their whole team work quickly in the least invasive manner. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to upgrade or remodel their kitchen.

We just had our kitchen done by the team at Legacy. Steve, Wayne, Mike and the team did a phenomenal job. We started the process of looking back in mid/late 2021 and work began in mid January, The demo and remodel took about 5 weeks to complete. It was a smooth process the whole way. All of the installers and employees are in-house, no 3rd party people coming to our house definitely made the difference from previous contractors I've experienced. Our kitchen is amazing and the choice of picking Legacy was a slam dunk.

Nothing but great things to say about Legacy. They remodeled our dated kitchen from the ground up, and we're so happy with the results. From design to workmanship to final product, it's fantastic. We had a lot of questions along the way, and they answered all of them with patience. When we signed the contract, they gave us a date several weeks in advance that the project would start. It started exactly on that date, and finished exactly when they said it would, at the exact price in the contract.

With something as important (and expensive) as a kitchen, you want someone who knows exactly what they're doing and has a strong process in place. Legacy has this down to a science. With so many choices to make in a kitchen remodel, their designer and showroom help streamline the process and make it less overwhelming.

The carpenters and other workmen were highly skilled, polite, and considerate of our home. They showed up every morning as promised and worked a full day. The project manager emails you every week with a schedule for the coming week, so you know what to expect and if there will be any down time. Most of the workers are direct employees of Legacy, rather than subs, and the subs were excellent as well. Steve went above and beyond to find a solution to any issues that arose. We highly recommend Legacy for your kitchen project.
