I stay in this place and from the numbers adding up on the app to what they actually have in store is INCREDIBLE! Most HD’s say they have 4 and have none or 16 and have 6; whoever is in charge of their CAO (Computer Assisted Ordering) is really on top of their game! Kudos to you and the management team above you. The return line is almost as quick as the checkout. Everyone in that Dept. is actually trying to help the customer and not simply turning you away because you lost and/or forgot your receipt-if it’s legit you can return it. I’m happy that THIS is MY Home Depot!

Laura at the Tool Rental counter was wonderful to meet and work with. She showed me how to operate my rental, suggested the best cleaning product to purchase based on my needs, and wished me a good day. I would definitely rent tools from there again. What a neat service!

Clean and good customer service.They have a lot of sales and clearance items compare to other stores. I like to shop there when in Delaware county.

I just bought the IPhone 14 max and Mo was so helpful in the process of buying it. I was having problems with my email and had to come back to the store. Mo was able to fix it. Great services and knowledgeable people working there. 👍

I was helped by 2 amazing young ladies. Amira and Liz last week. I went in to get a Anderson Storm door and locks for my new house. I saw them and they immediately stopped there conversation to help me. They actually walked me to where the item I needed double checked the sku's and loaded my cart up. They were both AMAZING young ladies very nice and personable and helpful. There actions just make me want to spend more at this location. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Best experience ever! Chantz made our upgrades extremely easy. He was patient, attentive and extremely personable. My husband and I had been contemplating switching to a competitor but decided to head to this location to see what they would say. We had a “not so pleasant experience” at another location and were disappointed in the lack of professionalism and assistance. (Hence the switching; we’ve been customer for 10+ years) But after meeting Chantz, we both walked out with new phones, a new iPad and a phone for my new job! Keep delivering amazing experience, team!

After visiting another store that had completely screwed up my bill, I visited the Wayne location and had the pleasure of working with Shannon. She was quick and efficient along with reassuring me everything would work out. I appreciate how thorough and kind she was during my visit. I live closer to the Newtown Square location, but I’ll make sure to make the extra drive to work with Shannon again.

I received prompt service at this location unlike other phone stores! Niko definitely stands out here and gives great service . He really knows his stuff. I see I’m not the only one who notices it. Thanks for help with my phone and answering all my questions, Niko! Thanks AT&T!

Great and knowledgeable service! Was helped by Mo who set up new iPhones and My daughters apple watches. He helped navigating the cellular setup on the watches when we migrated them from my phone to their new phones. He calmly helped troubleshoot multiple issues and stayed after hours on a Labor Day weekend to help resolve them so we would be ready for the first day of school.
