Although it took about six weeks to get my car back, it was returned to me looking good as new! I was very satisfied with how Mike Czarnota kept in touch with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. My car was damaged in a hit and run and received $11,000 in damage. They were very knowledgeable, kept me in the loop, did an AMAZING job, you can’t even tell it was damaged and it’s running great! I won’t take my car anywhere else. Once they are done they have a manager or someone that’s the big boss do a QC check before letting them tell you that you’re ready for pick up. Rob was amazing and so nice, he kept in constant contact with my adjuster and me. Joey helped me with pick up and he was just as nice and pleasant! I highly recommend them! They received my car 1/10/23 after closing and had it back by 2/8/23. They made sure to have it done before my rental time expired! That was a big relief! I will always go to them, HOPEFULLY 🙏🏻 I won’t need yo!

Unfortunately, my car was hit while parked in a parking lot. When I took my car for repair, they did an outstanding job! I added some work beyond the insurance claim that work was also done very well! They kept me abreast of the progress and return my car clean as a whistle inside and out! Everyone I spoke with, was very professional and courteous!

Turnersville Collision procured the required replacement parts and completed the repair work within 48 hours of the necessary parts coming in. The work was professional, and they returned my 2022 Santa Cruz to me looking like the day I drove it off the lot brand new. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Great experience.
