Awesome experience with this butcher shop. My family gets a steer butchered locally every year in Lancaster, PA. Our past experience with butchers has been ok, but I would place Clarkco at a different level of excellence in that they’re by far the best we’ve ever used. We drove about an hour to have Clark & Dan process a steer for me. Everything from the communication, vacuum packaging, and labeling is great and the beef jerky is the best I’ve ever had. Please use these guys to process your next animal and you will not leave disappointed.

Great place to get all types of 4 legged livestock processed. Clark the owner was very knowledgeable about all facets of the butchering, smoking, and packaging. Highly recommend this place!
