I can not recommend Jennifers Bridal enough. When I went to the shop I was not sure that I would be buying my wedding dress that day. I was nervous, insecure and wasn't sure what to expect. I am not the most "girliest" of girls and was not sure where to even start. Right away Jenn that helped us knew my Mom and gave us this overall extremely welcoming hometown feel. She was so kind that all of my nerves just seemed to wash away.

I was able to fully be myself! My Mom and I were able to laugh, ask questions and just really enjoy the experience together. Jen got to know my style and started recommending dresses I wouldn't have been confident in choosing for myself (and they were beautiful!). After trying on about six or seven dresses we all came to the conclusion that the first dress I tried on was it.

This dress was EVERYTHING on my wedding day. My spouse and I chose to Elope in Norway. Our day included different weather conditions, sandy beaches, mud and dirt and lots of hiking and this dress was a pure champion. It was so comfortable and hardly has any stains on the bottom of it. It traveled beautifully to Norway from Philadelphia and I felt like woodland fairy in it the entire time.

Wow! Truly amazed by our experience here. Not only are the dresses beautiful and the space full of character, but the people who run this place are amazing. Jen (not to be confused with Jennifer, although we met her too and she was awesome) helped my friend try on her dress while I waited with my friend's mom in the coziest waiting area. Jen was so kind, so helpful, so easy to work with that I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dress who could use a bit of understanding in the process. From start to finish, my entire experience with Jennifer’s Bridal was immaculate. I found my dream dress with the help of Jennifer and her wonderful team. Karen was a magician with my alterations and so easy to work with in a very comfortable and welcoming environment. Everything from my shopping experience to alterations was PERFECT. The staff was always so kind and welcoming and friendly they made me feel like I was their top priority. I got my dress in peak Covid when there was a limit to how many people could come with you, but they even let me set up an extra appt once my gown came in so others could see it in person. This meant so much to me. Just perfect all around, love the Jennifer’s team!

I had such an incredible experience here! I shopped for my wedding dress in September 2020 and the team was careful and patient, given the restrictions at the time (COVID). I worked with Jen who was so unbelievably helpful. I went into the experience having no clue what I wanted, what would fit my shape or what the options even were. It's so hard to tell what a dress looks like just on the hanger and she was so patient as I tried on dresses - some that worked great, some that definitely did not! Then, I found the one! I also worked with Susan for alterations in March 2021 before my May wedding and she was knowledgeable and did an excellent job, plus the cost seemed reasonable for the minor hem, bustle and strap adjustments I needed.
