The Jeffcoats team is fantastic to work with - trustworthy, reliable always fair in doing their best work in a reasonable time. They go out of their way to make sure the repairs are warranted and worth your investment. Mike took a very thoughtful approach in diagnosing exhaust issues and while he could have recommended extreme measures like others did, he solve the issue in two smaller and much less costly steps. Highly recommended.

I was in South Jersey an starving and decided to try Arby's. I haven't eaten there in FOREVER. So...the line was incredibly slow. The guy at the register was probably overworked because I saw no one else with him. The food however bwas very fresh and hot. I got a chicken slider, peach lemonade and some curly fries. No complaints about my lunch today.

Had a leak in a truck tire. Took it to two other locations and they did not fix it. Jeff Coates did. Another vehicle needed a sensor replaced. Again, another location didn’t do it. Jeff Coates went above and beyond by finding the necessary part on eBay. Love them here. They get the job done.

I highly recommend Jeffcoates for car repairs! After years of using a West Grove shop of a national chain who would not accommodate our schedules and needs, I switched to using Jeffcoates exclusively for our 3 family cars and have been using them now for several years. They are honest, friendly, informative, efficient and competitive. Best of all, they do not "up sell" unnecessary services as has become the norm with dealerships and national chain shops. Great local car repair place!
