I got my whole head dyed, a haircut, and straightening. Sima did an amazing job! She did exactly what I asked. She even gave me a discount for being a college student. She is a very sweet woman and a great hairstylist. Will definitely be coming back to her!😁

I have been to the best Hair salons in the tri-state area and a friend of mine who is Indian and has long beautiful hair recommended to visit Sima at the JCP salon in Christiana mall.

At first I was skeptical because I did not even know JCPenney had a hair salon and second, I already have a dedicated hair dresser who did my hair. But when I was due for my next appointment, I decided to take a leap of faith, call and book an appointment with Sima.

I can attest that of all the high-end salons that I have been to and the thousands of dollars that I've spent, no-one has come close to making my hair as beautiful as her. She has completely restored its vitality and made me look like a movie star.

I thoroughly appreciate everything that she did for me as it's hard to find someone who truly does quality work. While some salons may offer champagne and napkins, they don't always do the best job.

I recommend that if you're use to a different hair dresser, that you at least give yourself a change and ask Sima to design your hair as you don't know what you're missing! 👩‍🦳

You got to look for Raina. She did a wolf cut on me on my first time going there and I loved how it turned out. The second time she did medium short cut on me and balayage, it looks the best right now! My hair is super beautiful and I am super happy and satisfied! She’s very professional and gave me a lot of advices on how to take care of my hair too!

Sima gave me the best custom hair style and color I've ever gotten in decades. I wanted extreme texturizing with pointed and seperated romantic whisps and point cutting. She gave me a completed style and color beyond my wildest dreams. She is the 7th hairstylist that I have gone to that finally created this hairstyle I have wanted. You should always consider her if you want a simple cut and color or something creative or you need total consultation in helping you make your decision- Sima is the only one to go to.

Raina is the BEST!!! I get all my hair services from Raina, in JCPenny salon (Christiana Mall). She is a master stylist and very professional, courteous, patient and experienced. Raina always listens and understand what the client wants and will give you her expert opinion, to make sure you get what’s best for you.
