Jane was so kind, funny, and helpful while my partner and I were at Jared’s! Not only did she take her time to explain different options with much patience, she showed me things I hadn’t considered before…and they ended up being my favorite. Everyone at the store was willing to help and make suggestions, overall it was a great experience!

I can’t say enough about my experience, from start to finish, I had outstanding service, extremely knowledgeable sales people. I first went in and spoke to Anthony and he was very patient informative and just all-around fabulous sales person, no pressure. Then I went back the next day because I had decided what I wanted and Alex helped me just as wonderful at Anthony. Besides the sales people being wonderful, the store have the most exquisite jewelry. I never knew a jewelry store could give you a warranty for your jewelry for a low cost. This will be my new jewelry store, but I buy all my jewelry for the future. Thank you for making my experience easy and delightful!!

We have considered Alex as our personal jeweler for 3 years now, and he has delivered again. During our visit on 2/28/23, he greeted us warmly and was attentive to our requests for cleaning and repairs to owned pieces, as well as new purchases. He is a great liason with Sam Levian and facilitated modifications to a beautiful pair of pearl earrings to better highlight the setting, resulting in our purchase of the earrings to go along with the matching pearl pendant. He efficiently worked through our repair and new purchase transactions and is was a great pleasure to work with him again.

I stopped into this location on Tuesday evening, January 10, 2022, and the friendliness I received from the entire staff was incredible! All I needed was a new battery for my watch, and come to find out, they do not carry my brand of watch that I purchased on a trip in Europe. On top of that, they were closing in 5 minutes! An incredible young lady told me that she would be happy to see what she could do, and she replaced my watch battery with a smile and could not have been any nicer. Her name was Kim, and I found out that she was the manager. My wife shops at this Jared location, and I wanted to share my experience, because customer service and incredible friendliness are hard to come by any more. Thank you for making my day, Kim and staff! You ladies are awesome and continue to spread smiles one customer at a time!
