I can not say enough about Don with Jacks R Better. I am preparing for my first thru hike and I had a million and one questions about quilts. We exchanged email after email and he took really took the time to answer each and every one of my questions. Even taking the time to send me a photo of a part of a quilt that I wasn't sure about.
AND he answered questions about products that he doesn't sell! He really went way above and beyond. I am so happy that I reached out to JRB for my quilt needs and questions. I Highly recommend them!
