Influential Drones

We decided to purchase our drone for our fire department from Influential Drones, and what an experience it was. Everything went as smooth as possible. They had no problem having us demo the drone we were interested in. Once the order was placed, they were in constant contact with us keeping us up to speed with time frames and any issues that came up. Once they received our drone, they made sure everything was operational and did a few test flights to confirm and scheduled a time and day for them to deliver the product and train us on it. Emily, Steve, and Dave were great to work with on all aspects. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would recommend them to anyone!

I've done a lot of business with vendors online for years, but INFLUENTIAL DRONES really exceeded my expectations as a 1st time Customer from Washington State! The company was not only responsive, but exceptionally caring to listen to my needs and questions when it came to trying to cement a final decision with my choice of gear for investment and career goals.

As a woman entering this highly male dominant field, INFLUENTIAL DRONES took me seriously and not once made feel uncomfortable during collaboration as a beginner drone pilot. They were very professional, very friendly, very interested in their customer, and proactive to communicate pertinent resources and important information for the furtherance of my goals.

It's rare I write reviews, but when I do . . . you can surely bet the service and sincere assistance I received WAS EXCEPTIONAL in every sense of the word!!!

It was an added bonus to have been looked after by Emily, a female licensed private pilot and certified drone pilot, who was extremely receptive to my pursuits. Her professional experience, advice and honest opinions, on the pros and cons of our discussions, were so refreshing and honest! A "NO BULL" approach!

In closing, I've made a new friend in New Jersey, an advocate for female pilots, and looking forward to giving them my business long-term as my gear needs grow! Way to go INFLUENTIAL DRONES! YOU HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK!!!

I'd like to give a shoutout & recommendation to Influential Drones. Back in January when the EVO II was first announced, I preordered the Pro version with another reputable retailer on the first day I could. After a lot of back and forth with this retailer on when I would receive my preorder, I decided to cancel my order with them & look elsewhere. I had read a few plugs for Influential Drones & decided to give them a try. I shot them a message on FB & was linked up with one of their reps named Emily. I had a phone call with Emily yesterday to discuss product availability, options, accessories, etc & she was extremely honest, helpful, & customer service focussed. Not implying that they have a bunch of stock available, but I decided to purchase the Pro & an extra battery from them. Emily left her home & went to there warehouse to ship out my purchase within an hour of my purchase, she overnighted it at 6pm, & it is at my doorstep now. Obviously, this is not a post about the product itself, but so many times we hear the horror stories of service we have received & I wanted to show some appreciation to this retailer & it's people for the service they provided, I will definately be choosing them for my future purchases.

I had to order an Autel EVO II Pro and wanted to get a good deal. Influential Drones was transparent in informing how the drones are acquired from Autel. Delivery time was great, not nearly as long as other stories I’ve heard. Their customer response is fast. Recommended! 👍🏻

Dave at Influential Drones is an expert on all things related to the use of drones. He has been my go to source for all drone related questions that come up in my legal practice. He does a great job for his customers and well respected in his field.
