Teresa Faria's company is a professional, perfecting, and pleasant team to work with, and I can speak from much experience. I first worked with Honey Fix It in 2020 for an enclosed front porch redo, and the work was done well, on time, and on budget. Since this was also the height of the pandemic, the team members always followed safety protocols, wearing masks when needed. This was only the beginning of our work with Teresa.
After a terrible accident involving a neighbor's 100 year old tree falling on the house, as well as an extensive battle with the insurance powers that be, Honey Fix It completed a total repair/rehab on the house. I would estimate they rebuilt/updated/fixed 90% of everything. Electrical, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, floors, kitchen, windows, painting, tile, showers, everything. It was a year-long project, and Teresa kept us updated with photos and videos, and also took us along to help choose flooring, cabinets, etc. We also came to see her on the job site often. She is *extremely* well connected and knows good tradespeople. All work was done professionally and to code. In fact, the code enforcer/permit person in town said "She can work in our town anytime!".
She went the extra miles during pandemic shortages to get us what we wanted, even if it meant getting six light switches from one supplier, and finding the other eight switches at a different supplier, so everything would match.
We are very, very satisfied with her company and the work done. Highly recommended!
