I had a wonderful experience going through my engagement ring process at this location. Princess and Mary Jane were impeccable, genuine, and phenomenal in assisting me. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. I only felt as though that they were helping me make the right choice. Visited a few other places before arriving here, but this was my final stop. Now, we’re planning a wedding! :)

Amazing experience at Helzberg! A ton of choices on display. Everything was very clean. Entire staff was friendly and welcoming.

I worked with Diane who was exemplary. She was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and removed all pressure from the purchase. She was patient as I made my decision, I was never rushed.

This was my first time at Helzberg and absolutely won’t be my last.

The staff is wonderful they are so nice and very helpful. This is the only place my wife and I shop for jewelry. The prices are fair and the quality is excellent. We've bought something from everyone that works there at least once most of them have sold us more then one item. They are so helpful and they make the shopping experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend giving them a chance to help you find that perfect piece for that someone special in your life or even for yourself.

What a terrific place to shop. Staff is courteous and helpful. Working with Mary Jane, Kelly & Diane was such a pleasure.
Had a custom pendant made and it is absolutely beautiful. I will be back.

I went to helsberg to have my mom's 20+ year old wedding ring repaired before Christmas. Mary Jane made it a very pleasurable visit as well as Kelly. Mary Jane showed me what the ring originally looked like, and with great knowledge was able to show me a few options, get me approved for credit and scheduled my repair. Mary-Jane and Kelly give great service and I wish all customer service was the same everywhere! Can't wait to come back to pick up my mom's wedding ring! Thank you Mary Jane!
