I bought my brand new civic from these guys and they’re amazing. They don’t pressure you or back you into a decision, they give amazing advice, and they’re not trying to rip you off. I came in Christmas Eve and I was the last customer there, they stayed open past closing time just so we could get the deal done and the keys in my hands. Terrific customer service, Tony my salesman and Joe the sales director were the best. Hands down best Honda dealership in the state, don’t go anywhere else.

I recently visited a building that left such a strong impression on me that I had to take a moment to express my appreciation for the incredible level of cleanliness and customer service that I experienced.

From the moment I entered the building, I was struck by how immaculate everything was. The floors sparkled, the windows were crystal clear, and the air smelled fresh and inviting. Every corner of the building was so clean that I felt as though I was in a space that had just been constructed, rather than one that had been around for years.

But it wasn't just the physical cleanliness that impressed me. The staff's commitment to exceptional customer service was truly outstanding. Each person I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist me in any way possible. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Their attention to detail was particularly impressive. They seemed to anticipate my every need and were always one step ahead, ready with a solution or suggestion. Even when I had a somewhat unusual request, they handled it with grace and made me feel valued as a customer.

Overall, my experience at this building was truly exceptional. I left feeling refreshed and uplifted, and eager to return. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining such a high level of cleanliness and customer service, and I'm grateful to have experienced it firsthand. Thanks Ed.

My experience was great. I thought I needed an oil change since my car was 6 months old even thought it had low amount of miles. I was told I did not need one yet because the new car could go 1 year or 7000 miles before oil change. It saved me money.

The team at Honda of Princeton is exceptional. I worked with Nick and he was Terrific! Joe, their sales director and Cedric, the business manager were also on-site and part of my process and were so easy to work with. They made trading in my lease so smooth! Buying or leasing a car can be so stressful but the team at Honda Princeton really help make the experience enjoyable!
