Bought our 1st Big Green Egg from them 15 years ago, then a 2nd BGE MiniMax 7 years ago for my 94 year-old Mom and now our 3rd Big Green Egg today. Not because the 1st or 2nd BGE failed, but we entertain a lot and smoke a ton of meat/pork/chicken and needed a second. What we love about Grates & Grills is that we bought original one from Dan, then our 2nd and now our 3rd from same knowledgeable dude - the way buying used to be!! They were the first folks in the area to carry “The Eggs” so keep buy’n local, buy from super knowledgeable folks like Dan and most importantly buy from folks that you’d want to do business with 15+ years later!

Great selection and fast service. I needed a few hard to find stove parts and would prefer to buy local verses some big online retailer. I made a call to this location and they had exactly what I needed. I said I would be up shortly and they had my order ready to go. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was in and out without any issues.

I will definitely be visiting again.

Been searching for wheels for my Weber grill, even Weber is out of stock.
Luckily, Grates and Grills had one available for me.

Fantastic customer service!
I ordered a Napoleon Grill a few days before the country entered lock down, which meant my grill got held up in a warehouse. I was kept up to date, with email and phone calls, throughout about the status. When things finally went to yellow, and deliveries resumed, I was immediately notified of my grills arrival.
G & G assembled and delivered my grill quickly, then took the time to explain and show my wife and I all the features and proper use of the unit. Outstanding!
