I found the staff at LL Flooring in Fairless Hills, PA to be courteous and professional. The store had a wide variety of products to choose from. The staff are very knowledgeable.

Nancy is a gem. Very professional, personable and effective at ensuring her clients are in the best policies for them. She went over my policies with Allstate and made sure I was saving as much money as possible while still maintaining the coverage I need. I made a switch from another Allstate agent to Nancy, and she literally saved me hundreds of dollars.
I would enthusiastically recommend Nancy Belli to anyone looking for the best rates and attention to detail.

Allstate Nancy Bellis office sends an agent out right away when you file a claim . Also I was in a car accident and they paid every bill and took care of everything it left me with nothing to worry about. Everyone of their agents I've dealt with was very professional . Joanne sold me my homeowners and car policy she was very professional and helped and explained everything to me. When another insurance company decided to write a policy over double the price she helped me straighten it all out . Even though the accident was due too medical problems they did not raise my auto rates. Very good company with very attentive and professional and supportive team.

Walked into LL Flooring to choose a new floor for our house and was immediately greeted. After looking at the selection of flooring, I checked availability with Tiffany, the Assistant Store Manager on a few options. The stellar service started from there. Not only did Tiffany tell me which options were available for the amount I needed, she went into great detail about the different features each flooring option had to offer. Received a printed quote and a sample to bring home. The sample was placed in a tub of water overnight to test the water resistance that Tiffany described and she did not disappoint! The flooring did not buckle, swell or show any softening. With Tiffany's expertise, product knowledge and commitment to customer service, I ordered flooring for my new house with confidence. I'm completely satisfied in my choice in product but more important, my choice in business. Thank you Tiffany and LL Flooring for a great experience!

Both Jim the store manager and assistant manager Tiffany were extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the whole shopping, purchase, and pickup process. I had many questions and changes to my order and they were patient and helpful throughout the whole process. And we are satisfied with the product and the price.
