Surprisingly clean and well organized they have things you might need available in their shop different types of locks and things is very well run I highly recommend it if you have storage needs.

I order from here often. Only one time did I have an unpleasant experience. It was my first pick-up order during the summer/fall of 2018 .. She called me sir. I let it slide! Long days? Hot kitchen? There was a man standing behind me..? She was very apologetic and gave me a free soda.

I had to update my review and remove a star. Since covid, they have raised their prices and lowered their customer services. I can't tell you how many times they've given me the wrong items over the last few months. I have not ordered from here since their last mix up, twas my last straw. I ordered lo mein. Got served a celery/cabbage soup instead!? Not being able to pay online is quit annoying as well.

It was a pleasure visiting Life Storage today and getting my new unit. The older gentleman was very helpful with any questions and even helped open and put the lock on. So far so good!

Store Manager Christopher Bond, has been nothing less than EXCEPTIONAL. Best customer service by far!!

Ordered Mixed Vegetables from here and Vegetable Lo Mein. The food arrived hot, fresh, tasty and the portions are large. I love that unlike many other Chinese restaurants, they add a wonderful variety of different vegetables. It was enough to make 2-3 meals out of it as I couldn't finish most of it. The restaurant followed the special instructions for my meal. Would order again. 5/5
