Very nice check cashing place,play your lottery numbers here also numerous bills.
I love this store. I been coming here for years on and off to cash a check at end of a long day when most banks are closed. For the past eight months I have been collecting workmanship comp check due to a nasty disabling injury I suffered. The insurance company doesn't offer direct deposit but puts a paper check in the mail for me but by the time it gets here and my girl gets home from work PNC is closed so it's either a check cashing or Walmart. While Walmart is the cheapest at $3 flat to cash it sometimes it's not worth the wait in there crazy long lines. Now Fran & Bills, even if I have to wait and pay extra it's worth it cause once you are in the system your good they give you a big smile and get you in and out in no time. So with that, I would hands down recommend this store.
