Syheed was our salesman. He was great. I have been with MetroPCS for over 10 yrs. I was sick of the horrible customer service and could barely understand them. Every MTh getting overcharged. Decided to switch to Cricket when son's iPhone broke and even with insurance fixing it was insane. Saw the iPhone deal and stopped in to just ask about it. Left with 4 lines,4 new phones with cases and screen protectors and 500 lighter in pocket, but happy and like it was money well spent!!!

Syheed was very ery knowledgeable about plans and helped us switch numbers and talked is into 4 line plan and all new phones!! Lol. Even got me to buy cases and screen protectors. Also sold me on insurance for all phones on plan.
I walked in planning on switching 2 lines and 2 new ones. Only planned on 2 new phones and insuring only the iPhone. I wasn't planning on getting cases there either. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. I am a person who is cheap and doesn't usually like to spend more than I intended. His personality was amazing. Him and his coworker made us feel so comfortable and next thing I knew I was leaving spending 300 more than planned and didn't feel like I was tricked or pushed into it. He is great at his job and is an upselling master. I am in customer service and know the difference between a person there for a check and someone who actually likes what they do. He is a keeper and other employees should watch him to learn what a outstanding salesman is!!!!

As a dinosaur of the tech world, I was pleasantly surprised by the care each member of this location. I'm on a fixed budget, but I need my device in order to apply for jobs. The manager was generous enough to loan me a phone without a deadline until I could afford payment to get a replacement. Not only that, but he took the time to really make sure I understood what was going on. It's a rare breed of customer service I thought all but died thanks to corporate influence.

I'm truly grateful to the care this location puts into it's customer service. They aim to build relationships, and success customers when you walk into their store. I just wish more stores could model their treatment of customers as this comforting crew of Woodlyn.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Customer service was outstanding. I recently upgraded to the iPhone 12 which they did not have in stock. They searched other stores and found 1 available which they got transferred within 2 days. Soliman is the man, hooked me up, and with the screen protector and updates to my current plan. Great store

I have been a cricket customer for about 8 yrs and have always been well taking care of. I recently needed to upgrade my phone and wasn't sure on which way to go and didn't want to spend iPhone money. I talked to Soliman on the phone and went down to the woodlyn store. I couldn't have been in better hands,his product knowledge and professionalism was refreshing. He took his time and never rushed me. If you need a phone and a 1st rate customer service rep he the man for you. Thanks Soliman I love my new moto 7 it's awesome!!.
