Chandler and Jack arrived less than 20 minutes after I called to report a water leak. They were courteous and efficient. The leak was repaired in 30 minutes. This is amazing service for a house call. Quick!

I had to use England Plumbing for several different repairs/installations. Each time it was a great experience. Charles as well as his son made me feel comfortable and that they had my best interest.

Charles England is amazingly responsive, professional and thorough. I had a late night water heater leak, called his service first thing in the morning, his on-call service picked up and said he will call back around noon. Charles called back in an hour and was over at my house to troubleshoot in the next half hour. Diagnosed the problem within 20-minutes, discussed with me and once agreed and approved to do a new install, he actioned instantaneously. His crew was back by 1 pm the same day with a water heater and an expansion tank. Implementation was flawless and completed in about an hour and they were done! I was up and running with hot water in less than 24-hours! Cannot ask for much more in today's world of "disservice". Highly recommend Charles and his crew!

Had a great experience as always with England’s plumbing. First we got a well pump install which compared to other pluming companies was very reasonable and the service was excellent. We recently called on England’s again for a water softener system. The consult went well, install was seamless and what liked the most was how professional everyone we dealt with conducted themselves. Will be giving referrals and also using them again when needed!
