Love this place! Just what I needed. Perfect pace and Calvin is an awesome & motivational trainer who is committed to my fitness goals. He consistently gives me helpful pointers on how to get the most out of an exercise set and even took time to understand my eating habits and make good recommendations. I could not be happier! I’m feeling healthier and seeing a difference. Bring on the summer!

Engage is a perfect way to work with a personal trainer on strength training and nutrition without getting roped into contracts, huge classes or people trying to sell you a bunch of expensive supplements. Classes are 6 people or less and you get plenty of individualized attention to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Calvin is high energy (even when his Monday night crew is low energy!), encouraging and knows when to push you. He can adjust any exercise to make it easier or harder, so anyone can do it and the more you do it, the stronger you get. This is a small business - not some huge chain, so you get very personal attention right from sign-up! I wish this place opened 5 years ago and I also wish I could do it more frequently because I love it. No mirrors, no judgment - just people all trying to improve their health. Highly recommend!

Two months into my membership with Engage Personal Training and I am getting stronger and seeing big improvements! Calvin is a knowledgeable trainer, and I'm learning new techniques and improving old ones. Calvin has created an environment that is supportive AND challenges me to be a better version of myself.

I’ve just been going to Engage Greenville for a month but so far so great! Calvin as a trainer and also business person is excellent. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, “engaging” patient and challenging. The gym is the right size with a max 6 people in the class and you still get enough attention. I sweat hard every visit and can feel it the next day so I’m hopeful it’s working !
