Windcrest Animal Hospital

We came to the Emergency Services area after hours and were very happy with the staff and treatment of our dog. Everyone was friendly, and we received a thorough explanation of the issue and how to treat our dog. A couple days later I received a follow up email from the nursing staff to ask how our dog was doing. Thank you to all of the Windcrest staff for making a stressful time much easier.

I am so glad I brought my turtles to Windcrest. I will not bring them anywhere else. The entire staff is amazing and caring. Everyone there was so patient and answered all of my many, many questions. They really take their time to make sure you have all the answers you need and that you are comfortable with the diagnosis and how to treat it. I have recommended them to friends who also have "exotic" pets. Thank you team!

The cat boarding here is great except there has to be a better way to check on your pet besides waiting on hold forever. A text or email would be much better since there are no cameras. Besides that, the boarding is great, it's a nice facility, they take good care of my cat & she seems to really like it there. I feel comfortable leaving her there and will always bring her when we're going away. I highly recommend it.

Many ER visits here over the years with multiple furry kids, both dogs and cats. Have always had great care for them, and good service all around. I feel they helped save our girl Misa not long ago when they kept her for three days with a high fever. Unfortunately they told us they couldn’t find a cause after some tests, but they fought to get her fever down and back home as soon as they were able. Doc explained things well, and called us once a day with updates on her condition, treatments administered, tests and results. Also answered questions without a hint of impatience. Blue Pearl and Windcrest are trusted hospitals for us when needed.

Windcrest was available to help me through their emergency services when my dog was in significant pain & unable to walk well. I called to let them know I was on my way & they were able to see me & my dog upon arrival - no waiting on a Saturday morning. The nurse & technician were very nice and thorough in the intake & check-up. The doctor was professional, empathetic, listened, answered questions, and offered options for next steps. After bloodwork & an x-ray was taken, the doctor provided a treatment plan & options to consider if this should occur again. Everyone at Windcrest was incredibly nice & helpful. They put both me & my dog at ease at a very stressful time. This was my first interaction with Windcrest & I was highly impressed & recommend them for veterinary services, emergency & on-going. Thank you, Windcrest, for helping my dog feel better as she continues her road to a full recovery.
