Awesome! Is the word that describes my hair after a visit to Elevate! Tricia did an amazing job with my hair color. I received compliments from family and from strangers in the supermarket! Outstanding, describes the service! The atmosphere and ambience that Tricia and her team create is calm, soothing, and professional -- and fun too! The whole experience was great from start to finish! I felt so welcomed and comfortable the entire time. I just went in for a simple haircut and came out LOVING my new hair and especially with the styling! Definitely will be going back!

AH! I literally ran back home to write this review because my girl Mary DELIVERED!!! I've had my fair share of hair coloring gone wrong over the years so I was a little hesitant coming to a new salon but this is the first time I have ever gotten my hair color exactly matched from the photo I showed which just has me floored. But honestly, Mary could have given me bright red hair and I still would have loved it due to her positive and kind demeanor. She is so transparent and truly wants her clients to be satisfied and strives for nothing less. She has restored my faith in hair and I cannot wait to go back and get more services done with her!

Tricia's Salon is tucked in to a little side street near downtown West Chester. Parking is not a problem. Tricia is great, very personable. I am not super chatty and she respected that. My cut was great. I originally picked this salon when I was looking for a new place because there website had photos of all ages of customers, not just the under 30 age range that many salons have. I also like that she gives back to the community with "community cuts" where they donate services to those who can not afford hair cuts. Very happy with my decision to visit this salon!

Marybeth did a FABULOUS job on my hair. She took her time, (which was 6 hours by the way) to give me exactly what I was looking for.
I get so many compliments on my copper color!
Will definitely be back
