I accidentally gave the wrong delivery address, and the delivery person patiently called me 5 times to help sort out the address, and waited around the block until I could get the right address. Even though I messed up, the delivery person was so friendly and thanked me for my business!

(May 7, 2020, 4:12 pm)Customer service was above and beyond! I wanted to send my daughter something for her 21st birthday, since she couldn't come home. I ended up needing to reschedule delivery and there were several phone calls before she actually received the gift. The people were so accommodating, and never let me feel I was a large pain to them! My daughter loved the cheesecakes! Definitely will go here again!
