We had a last minute request for a VERY specific floral arrangement and they were very responsive, delivered our vision beautifully, and were able to get it done same day (delivered in under 2 hours from our order). It was so nice for their help for our of town people ordering for friends

(May 6, 2019, 3:30 pm)Received a nice small bouquet from Brandywine Floral Design. Unfortunately, the bear that came with it was dirty and the cookie bag had torn open.
I called up and explained the situation. The woman was very nice and offered to replace or refund. I asked instead for more flowers :) The woman said that wouldn't be a problem at all and they were delivered later that day (very timely!)
All in all, everything turned out well and the bouquets are nice. The 4 star is because I had to spend time following up with them, but the final result is nice :)
