The atmosphere and people are fantastic, and it’s great walking into a gym where the coaches and staff know their member’s names and always have their goals in mind. Proper form is addressed at every class, and you’ll find many class options at various times every day. From personal training, to nutrition coaching, to goal review sessions, Diamond State has it all. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and you won’t find a gym this invested in your personal success anywhere else.

CrossFit Diamond State is a great gym! There is a lot of camaraderie and support no matter what your level of fitness. There are people of all ages and backgrounds and everyone treats each other with respect and friendliness. A very welcoming gym! They care about your form and consistently help everyone to work on their form from beginners to experienced. A great place to get and stay fit!

I'm so happy that I found Crossfit Diamond State. The workouts are great, the coaches are motivating and the leadership has successfully organized an amazing community. From special WODS and competitions, to nutrition challenges and fun games, CrossFit Diamond State finds creative ways to keep members engaged in their health and fitness goals, while also having a great time with great people. Whether you’re a beginner (like I was) or someone who wants to compete, this is the most supportive community you will find. The coaches are fantastic, and they genuinely want to help you meet your goals.
