    Pilates to me is a life style. The reformer board is my favorite part. It has improved my posture and has made me physically stronger as well. Also, feel have become more active and my body is definitely changing for the better. It has become more flexible. All the instructors are extremely talented in their style of uniquely teaching the classes. Classes are a little different so there’s never a dull moment. Love it ♥️♥️♥️

    I’ve been a member of club Pilates for over 1 1/2 yrs. This location is new and you couldn’t have a nicer person at the front desk than Kim!! OMG every Club Pilates/business should have a Kim! She is ALWAYS welcoming, helpful, polite, and makes a point to greet and give every member a warm welcome! My favorite instructor here is Elise but hope they bring Laura (formerly from the Bridgewater location) here as well, and rotate Elana, who’s awesome, from Bridgewater as well, into the mix more, if possible. Mary Kate is always a pleasure to see at any of the locations as she’s always pleasant and smiling too!! Great staff!!

    A truly remarkable collection of instructors and front desk team members with incredible dispositions. And the classes are amazing! I’m grateful to have found Club Pilates Montgomery!

    New location of Club Pilates. Overall I think Pilates is a wonderful way to get some exercise and this location is brand new. Instructors are rotating through from other studios and so far everyone is great. I particularly enjoy the classes that incorporate more reformer moves then mat work, just because I can’t use my reformer at home and I love the reformer so much, I rarely get bored on it and it’s the reason why I come to Club Pilates in the first place. Lol
    So far every class has a different flow and it’s nice to be challenged. I feel my body getting stronger and it’s super encouraging!
