(April 24, 2023, 8:26 pm)Our sales guy, Kevin V, was great throughout the process. He kept in touch consistently and even after our purchase to make sure things are going well. He is Opposite of a pushy annoying sales person!
Pickup process, which included signing the papers, walkthrough which was helpful, went smoothly though took over 2 1/2 hours, which was exhausting.
Overall, would recommend this place. We love our camper and it seems to be in great condition (though haven’t yet gone camping since picking it up a week ago) 🤞🏻🙏🏻 and we got a good deal after they opened up to negotiation. We drove it home in a pouring down storm for an hour and had no leaks 🙌🏻 -

(April 15, 2023, 4:17 pm)Kevin reached out via a phone call to introduce himself and answer our numerous questions after we expressed interest in the Grech RVs online. He then helped us find the exact right one for us, working with us each step of the way so we felt comfortable taking the leap! Ryan, the service technician, took all the time necessary to show us the ins and outs when we took delivery. We have been happy campers ever since!!

Laura Martin took her time to show me several trailers and help me make a good decision. Dan winter showed me how everything works in details now I feel more confident. Thanks to everyone.

Linda took the time we needed to search different options, but we did ultimately go back to our original model that we planned to purchase. Jared in finance was very detailed and organized, this is coming from myself, who personally works in a similar field of business. Dan in the service department did our orientation and was fantastic, one of the most detailed thorough experiences I've had in understanding what I was getting into and how everything works, I couldn't say thank you enough.

Loaned out tent trailer during pandemic, friend staying in it suffered a visit from a person with something sharp last Summer, now it's back like new omg a giant THANK YOU to Maddy, Justin and all the wonderfull staff who brought this beautiful Forest River camper back from it's forlorn status; we had so many great memories with her and now will have many more! I really had no expectations and was even prepared to meet with a mom and pop sewing outfit if the panels could not be located, but Camper's Inn, with their dealer connections, took care of me! Maddy again, thank you! In addition, the team made awful inkberry stains disappear with a tried and true cleaning elixir they have there -- filled the propane -- air in tires -- we are ready for Summer! High Wall 27KS from Flagstaff/Forest River is a very cool camper, produced by some of USA's best camper manufacturing in Indiana. Everything with the replacement install was a perfect fit!
