We unexpectedly needed to replace our sliding glass door due to a neighbors BB gun mishap. Joe was flexible with our schedule and did a phenomenal job replacing the glass, which just so happened to be on the windiest day of the year. Clean, professional and personable. Highly recommend!

Joe and his team did an awesome job with my bathroom glass install. Joe was one of the only people who even returned my phone call. He talked to us for a good bit of time making sure he knew exactly what we wanted. We purchased glass shower surround and mirrors. He did not disappoint with the install! I will recommend Delaware Glass Services to everyone and anyone who asks for recommendations on Shower glass and shower doors. Hands down, Joe was one of the nicest, most professional, and helpful contractor that I have interacted with. Joe was very helpful in understanding what I needed, what I was looking for, and went out of his way to help by giving his suggestions.

And here is the twist: He didn't do any work for me. I contacted Joe hoping I could find a sub-contractor that our original contractor used to do our bathroom door and glass. Our invoice doesn't state the sub-contractors name and the contractor billed them as 3rd party installation on our invoice. I emailed Delaware Glass asking if they were the company that did this job. Joe replied back and stated for the specifics on the job but couldn't find any records - so I wrote it off as them not being the company. Joe went on to ask what was the problem we were having. I described the issue and sent pictures of the shower. Joe responded back with suggestions on what would work and then even said to contact them if the I was having trouble doing the job myself. That is customer server and professionalism at its best. If they would do this for people who weren't there customer, I could only imagine what they would do for their customers. This is how you run a company.

We had our bathroom totally remodeled in 2020/2021 and we needed a tub/shower combo enclosure.
Our Contractor suggested Joe Montgomery @Delaware Glass Services, Inc. and we are so happy that he did. We contacted two Glass companies to give us a quote and Joe responded immediately. He came out himself to measure, he listened to what our needs and wants were and gave us a fair quote and viable delivery date. Joe offered suggestions and he is very knowledgeable about his craft. We even changed our design once we thought about how the enclosure would function with our lifestyle and everyday needs and Joe patiently and gladly listened and gave us exactly what we needed and wanted. It was very important to me to have my bamboo bath tray included in the tub/shower combo enclosure design (it holds my wine glass and tablet during my bath time) 😂😂 and I needed to make sure that it was part of my Spa Bathroom design when the tub/shower combo enclosure is in place. I was very impressed when Joe took the time to measure my bath tray to make sure the glass tub/shower combo enclosure would clear the tray once installed by using a red laser light for accuracy. When Joe’s team came to install our tub/shower combo enclosure I was very impressed, again when the first thing they asked for was my bamboo bath tray to make sure that it worked with the installation of my new enclosure and I was so happy to see that it fit perfectly! Joe and his team are very professional, friendly, communicate well, and extremely informative. It didn’t matter if I texted or called Joe he was “Always” 100% available to answer my concerns. He even suggested the proper glass cleaner to keep our tub/shower combo enclosure looking beautiful for years to come. When Joe gave us a install date it was right on time and not a day late.
We “ABSOLUTELY” love and enjoy our new glass tub/shower combo enclosure. We get so many compliments from family and friends on our beautiful tub/shower combo enclosure. We will only deal with Joe @Delaware Glass Services, Inc. for all of our glass needs from now on, no matter what it may be.
