I am extremely satisfied with the remodel of my kitchen, powder room and laundry closet. From the very beginning every was spelled out. They were very organized.they were very responsive to my concerns. Eddie was at my house frequently checking on the job. I got a call daily from Patti to see about how the day went and what concerns I may have. And what can I say about Andrew? Well not enough. He was amazing. He is very skilled at whatever he was doing . He always answered all my questions. I would also like to say that the painters, electricians ,plumbers and tile people all did an excellent job. I would also like to thank Christina for helping me with the design. The whole project only took 5 weeks! I was impressed. Finally I would like to say to Mark Gandy that you have a great company and you have aligned yourself with others who do very good work. Best indicator of whether to use a service is whether someone who used them would use them again. We would absolutely work with MKB again. They had a fantastic design for our kitchen which was a radical change from the original kitchen. We ended up with more space for storage in the end, which I did not think was possible. There was minimal subcontracting and when they did, they oversaw ala Tony that the work met their standard and they we were not just satisfied but happy with the job. Tony, Duane and Zach were dependable, left the areas livable each day and are just plainly the best at what they do. Anything that Team A of Duane, Zach and Tony needed help with, Eddie was following up and making things happen.

The last photo is of the schedule we were provided at the beginning of the job and they absolutely delivered according to plan with a few minor and unforseeable architectural problems that none of us could have predicted. They were able to pivot and line up work to keep the job moving forward in the face of any issues that arose.

We are thrilled with the finished job. It's a beautiful space, much more open and much more functional. The best part of all of this is that we are supporting a locally owned business and a team from our own community. Quality. Thank you so much for everything. Until next time!
