Dan's Camera City

It's been a long process, but so worth the wait !! I entrusted Ken at Dan's Camera to frame many beautiful beach themed prints for me. Ken did a remarkable job picking out mats and frames to accentuate the pictures and make them pop. Ken is extremely talented, knowledgeable, very helpful and customer service is his top priority. Once framing was completed, I worked with Kevin and Jill to create the layout for my gallery wall. Next step was installation with Mark and Alan doing a phenomenal job bringing my dream to reality !! Both Mark and Alan were very professional, helpful and polite. I'm so pleased with the finished design which allows me to enjoy it daily. I've been a long time customer at Dan's Camera City and have always been 100 % satisfied with their array of services. Staff is very customer service focused with their knowledge, professionalism, guidance and politeness which means so much these days. Thanks to all of you for helping me to realize my dream. Your talents are greatly appreciated.

I have used their online photo album service before and decided to use it again as a gift for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the website malfunctioned, resulting in the loss of my progress. Luckily, Jack Wagner was able to assist me in recovering the lost project and rectified the situation with great customer service. It is nice to know that when encountering technical issues, the staff will work with you to make sure you end up with a great product and have your concerns heard. Thank you, Jack, and the rest of the staff, for your cooperation and help with my photo album!

It’s a little tricky getting here from 22, but well worth it. They have a LOT of camera gear, new and used. They also are fully staffed with plenty of employees on the floor that are very helpful. I was able to spend some time with a gentleman that was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

I’ve taken a few batches of 35 mm film here twice now within the past few months to have developed and scanned. So far I’ve been very pleased with their services, and they have far exceeded my expectations. The staff here are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Their prices are fair and they get everything done promptly. I also like the convenience of them having my scans uploaded on the website which make everything easily accessible. You can tell that they’re a business that has been around for over 40 years.

As an ex-employee and customer of Dan’s, I can tell you this is as good as it gets when it comes to camera stores and photo labs.

The staff is knowledgeable in all areas of photography and cameras. The photo lab at Dan’s puts out the highest quality prints you will find anywhere.

I collect and shoot vintage film cameras. The only person that touches my cameras when they need repairs is Alan at Dan’s Camera.

I had the opportunity to stop in the store after moving to Florida in 2006. It was nice to spend some time with some of my fellow employees from back in the 90’s. Also, congratulations to Kevin & Mike for taking over the business and making it such a great camera store 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
