Countrywide Moving and Storage

I’ve used this company a few times now. Great, reliable, and kind staff- The movers were great each time, my wife was very pleased with how careful they were with our belongings and our walls! I’ve referred them to friends and family as well and I only heard good things!

“Total Pros. Period.” The comments of my friend who served as my liaison on the day of my move after I headed to my new apartment the day before. He went on to describe how the Foreman, Bo, had spoken to a neighbor whose car might be blocked by the truck, the efficient and careful manner the crew took to bring my 200 boxes down 17 stairs and to the truck (hand trucks and wardrobe boxes to hold smaller items).
The very next day, the team of Bo, Hector, Luis and Owner Jacob Amar (Eric, from the “total pros” load-out team did not travel to my new home), headed out early to travel the five hours to my new home. They called when they were 45 mins away. Once here, they had the truck unloaded in two hours….no stairs this time around. Here are the ways these gentlemen made things easier and pleasant: from Luis turning boxes to make sure the labels were facing out, to Hector, noting all my boxes labelled with art supplies, briefly sharing a connection to another artist and to Bo who provided a calm environment. After viewing the empty truck, there was still an important box I had not seen and, upon my request, Luis and Bo came back in to help me find it. It was right in front of one of the stacks. A further shout out to Owner Jacob and Sales Rep Kim, who communicated with me a great deal throughout the process, came to my home to assess my belongings and were quick to respond to my questions often following up emails with phone calls to confirm my questions were answered. Due to a miscommunication between my friend and I, several items did not make it on to the truck. When I called the office, they kindly made arrangements to meet my friend at the warehouse and load the remaining items on to the truck. What has been a really challenging period was made a little less stressful by choosing Countrywide. Thank you.

We recently moved with Countrywide moving from Conshohocken to Philladelphia. The movers arrived to our house on time the day of the move and they were very pleasant and handled everything with extra care. When we arrived at our new house the movers were very helpful placing all items in the different rooms based on my wife's instructions. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Our recent move with Countrywide Moving went exceptionally well. The three movers couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. They were very efficient and worked well together. We initially contacted Countrywide Moving because of the pleasant and timely interaction and also because their quote was very competitive.
