    PODS is pricey, but for us it was the way to go. We had the space at the house for delivery of a small container allowing us the time to fill at our leisure. Initial delivery was an all day affair with container not being delivered as scheduled - scheduled for 11AM - it was 5 PM before it arrived and driver was in hurry to get done. It was difficult getting a live person to check on delivery status. Other than this, everything else went smoothly. Pick up was very different - on time and very professional. We chose to unload the POD at the storage facility in Ocala FL into a UHaul. Everything in the container was just as we had packed it and nothing was broken.

    I've used PODS twice now and both times were great. The whole process works very smoothly. There are no surprise billing issues and everything happens when and how they say it will. My primary concern with moving was that I'd end up with some shady company that would decide to charge more after they had my stuff (because that did happen to me before with a full service moving company). Pod charges you what they say they're going to, when they say they're going to. The whole process is excellent and dependable. My ONLY issue is that the POD itself was not very clean the second time I used them. The first time I think the POD was brand new, maybe. The second time I was a little distressed by the dirt in the container that I had to clean out. Basically though they are reliable, honest and excellent and using them made my moving experience a lot easier.

    This is the 2022 way to hack your nextmove... The cost of of a moving truck to move everything in one day or a couple of hours. You have the POD for a month and hack your move. We got the POD on the 11th and we took our time purging and packing. Then we had the POD moved to our new house on the 1st. We had 11 days to unpack it. THE POD was picked up on the 11th and it was a sweatless victory. Hack your next move with a POD or 2. #2022MoveHack #ThePOD
