My first experience with country Road company was when I bought a blanket ladder. It was beautifully made and it was the perfect accent to my living room. The customer service was great and extremely friendly and accommodating. My son-in-law who is in the Air Force birthday is today and I wanted to get him something special and I remembered that Ed from country Road made these beautiful wooden flags. So I messaged Ed and explain that it was a last minute thing gift and he actually was able to rush the order so my son-in-law would have it on his birthday. Their products are for a lifetime! Other than their products being excellent, I have to say it is so nice to deal with people who are kind and genuine! I will definitely be shopping with country Road in the future!
