First time shopping at Bob's it was a pleasant experience the salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable about pieces that went and what I was looking for she picked them out so it's very happy I ended up making my entire purchase yesterday and looking forward to the delivery on Wednesday. I did purchase a 5-year extended warranty so I guess if anything does happen during the movie though can get it take care of. I wouldn't be very very interested and grateful if I could get one of the home sweet home pillows I tried to buy one yesterday and was not successful. Have a great memorial Day weekend and I can't wait till my furniture gets here on Wednesday woohoo

Went in on Saturday in search for a dinning room set (finally) and Ms. K.C made it so easy and seamless she was very informative and explained each item to me very well. I wasn't in there long and walked out with a brand new dinning set that will be delivered to my home this Saturday. Bob's pricing was well and I am so excited to finally have a table and chairs. Will be back for other furniture needs. Thank You K.C

I went to Bob's Furniture in Langhorne last night knowing exactly what I wanted. I just had to find it on my own which is the way I like to do things. I always dread going into a place that has pushy sales staff hounding over you while you shop. I was very happy not to find that at Bob's. I walked in I was greeted by Eddie and a warm welcoming smile and handshake. He gave me some info on financing and pointing me in the direction I needed to go. I took my time and tried out many sofas looking for the features, Style and comfort I wanted. All the while Eddie available when I had questions about features Etc. I took my time and found exactly the sofa I wanted. Again Eddie was right on point and worked up the deal nicely for me. This is the way sales should be! Loved my experience there and I will definitely return.

My wife and I have owned several pieces of Bob's furniture throughout the years and have been pleased with all of them. Many pieces are still in use and lasted well over 5 years. The style we choose is also very modern, and subsequent pieces all match with the original ones. This store is full of friendly associates that are willing to help you if you need. Otherwise, you can freely browse and stop by the cafe for some snacks and coffee. There were plenty of associates to ask questions to as well.

We recently had to replace our sofa (owned a Luna sofa for 7 years! they stopped making it though, very sad) because the faux leather finally started to peel after our dogs scratched it up. Surprisingly, the padding and frame were all perfect, just the faux leather was peeling. So that's some pretty good quality padding! We came away with a floor model coffee and side table at a very great price. Some minor scratches but could not beat the 50%+ off. Also purchased the Dream sofa set as a replacement. The associate that helped us out, set the delivery up in the following 3 business days. The delivery crew were not only quick, but very respectful of the property.
