(May 13, 2023, 12:22 pm)The whole team there is wonderful especially frank my mom and I went in there to fix my watch that was stolen but couldn't unlock it and he was more then helpful he ended up getting my phone updated since it was an older iPhone and there was a promotion that gave me a free Apple watch when I upgraded so it got both things done that I needed. I highly recommend going to try his store great customer service and they always put the customer first.

They were able to transfer my phone number from a different company to theirs with no issue and answered every question my husband and I had. I had an issue with my phone number not linking up the following day and the guys there made sure it was fixed and of course they did! Highly recommend this location!

Frank Torres was our associate and he went above and beyond to ensure that all aspects of the new phone set up took place. We highly recommend Wireless Zone in Bear!!
