One of the cleanest DD I have visited. Friendly staff and pleasant. Of course the coffee and donut were good.

This place has come a long way! Ever since the owners don't come in, letting the staff take over and do their thing! They all seem friendly! The one boy that works the line in the morning is sooooo quick! I don't get it! My only complaint and it is not the staff's fault, is that sometimes the donut order is delivered super late. Then they are stuck telling customers...no donuts. Corporate needs to step their game up.

The property manager, Maurice, and maintenance staff member, Anthony, are excellent! I've been living here for six months. Problems were fixed immediately, even during the weekend. There's monthly house inspection to make sure the living condition is good. They are working very hard and improving this place.

Refered a client to this property and the property director Maurice was very helpful and informative. Maurice explained the process to my client perfectly and my client felt so comfortable and at ease that she is considering renting there this summer. Thank you Maurice for bringing hospitality back to property management, rare breed.

I love my apartment and the service I receive from management they are really turning this place around and it’s very quite and cozy complex to live in ! Maurice is a very nice warm hearted person and he worked with me and gave me a chance! I will always be grateful for my apartment and how nice the staff are!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Colonial Gardens is an absolute dream it’s such a beautiful area. The tenants surrounding the area are very kind. For trying to very safe area. Maurice the landlord is very very kind , and helpful and provides exceptional service to his tenants. If you were planning on moving anytime soon and plan on going anywhere colonial Gardens is absolutely a wonderful place to be. -Dylan Kelley
