Update: I have been living here for 10 years and over the years there has been some improvements. I must say the office manager (Meredith) has been the best thing here. She listens and solves any issue she can. If she cannot, she will find the answer and get things done. The property is well kept and the maintenance has always been helpful.

The place has cleaned up alot. Well kept and friendly area.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost 3 years. I’d recommend this complex to anyone. It’s affordable, kid and neighbor friendly, it’s quiet, you can leave your outside furniture outside and no one messes with it. The appliances (refrigerator, stove, dish washer, and washer and dryer) are up to date. If there’s ever a problem the maintenance crew is right here fixing it. Meredith is awesome! My apartment is my safe Haven and I’m super comfortable here.

He's gentle with a razor and so skilled with his clippers.

As a prospective tenant...I was greeted warm and in a professional manner by the office staff. After touring the community, I was pleased with the many conviniences that are nearby. The community site is well kept with updated appliances in the units. Looking forward to my move-in day coming up soon.

Soon to be tennant's and already my husband and I are impressed. Very professional service from the Management staff, even the maintenance supervisor. If you call and didn't get to speak to anyone, be sure your call will be returned before the day is out and your questions/concerns addressed. The place is clean, residents are quiet, apartment is fitted with modern appliances, and most of all, it's situated very close to the malls. I'm looking forward to living there.

I just want to say thank you for all the good service! I was on a tight time table with my son and you guys got him in and out! He enjoyed his semi-formal. Always thankful for the kindness and jokes! Excellent service!
