He has excellent demonstration methods that are engaging with an ability to describe how one should think about their own movement to maximize their speed and agility.

I have worked with Chris Volgraff at Clutch Performance & Fitness for about one year. My goals were simple and related to improving my golf game. Chris has been helping my son (13) get stronger and more stable. My son had a rough travel hockey season last year during the COVID epidemic. He struggled with his skating and his performance and he wasn't having much fun. His movements looked disjointed and broken and I was concerned that without correction he might develop back and hip issues. Chris did an assessment and has been working with him on everything from strength to foot flexibility to explosiveness. My son is much stronger, he looks taller and more confident, and his movements are much smother. An added benefit is that he looks like a new player on the ice, he is scoring more and having more fun. Thanks Chris!
