This place is a gem. The owner, who is an all-around great guy, did an exceptional job selecting quality equipment and the space is utilized quite efficiently. The personal trainers seem wonderful as well. Top notch facility - small but mighty!

Was staying in town for a couple days on a work trip, and the hotel gym was pretty lackluster. So glad I found this spot! Incredible day-pass rate, very easy to drop in and workout, and incredibly friendly staff and clients. Got a great 2 hour workout in, and snuck in before the after-work crowd, so I largely had my choice of equipment! Highly recommend for anyone traveling who is looking for more than just a treadmill (but even if you only want a treadmill, you can’t go wrong here!)

790 Fitness is the best kept secret for small gyms in the area. Initially built to service the people working in the office complex, it has since become a fantastic place for personal trainers to work with their clients. All of the trainers seem very knowledgeable, I personally train with Sarah Gemmell and am very satisfied with the results.

I absolutely love 790 Fitness. It is a perfect size, for starters—not huge and impersonal, but with absolutely everything I could ever want to work out (including sleds, which they don't have at other local gyms I have belonged to). The owner, Rasti, is so super nice and friendly and keeps the place spotless. I have not trained with him personally but he seems like a great trainer. I train with Steve there, who is amazing and the best trainer I could possibly imagine. He trains all kinds of clients, from regular fitness clients to champion power lifters, and he is incredibly knowledgeable and also so fun to work with. The other clientele and trainers are also friendly and it's just a nice environment. The locker rooms are clean and it's never too crowded. I could go on and on. It's quite reasonable as well.

Hidden gem. Both free and universal weights. I've been coming here for 8 months. Stop in and talk with Rasti and Steve who are awesome. You can workout by yourself or Rasti/Steve will personally train you. Other trainers available as well.
